Everything you need to know about our Warranty Claim Policy.



One of the benefits of buying from JBL Store PH is that we provide and honor our 1-year warranty policy, unless stated otherwise. Sale, promotional and free items are not covered by warranty. The 1-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase.


The warranty only covers the main unit that has functional issues and defects in materials and workmanship, accessories are not included. Our JBL Store Service Center will honor the warranty based on their own respective conditions.


Along with this, our warranty also has exclusions. The following are excluded from our 1-year warranty policy:


  1. Free or bundled and premium items are not included.
  2. Accessories such as chargers, connectors, headbands, earbuds, ear cushions, etc.
  3. Missing / Tampered Serial Numbers
  4. Unauthorized modifications from an unauthorized service provider.
  5. Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect, and lack of necessary maintenance.
  6. Damage or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface/Cosmetic defects
  7. Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner's Manual
  8. Damage due to flood, fire, acts of nature and/or force majeure
  9. Missing / stolen items

As mentioned earlier, there are conditions that come along with the warranty policy.

  1. NO CHANGE OF MIND.  Example: Change of color, upgrade, downgrade. 
  2. Warranty type (repair or replacement) will solely be based on the discretion of JBL Store depending on the type of unit and based on Harman's Warranty Guidelines.
  3. All replaced/repaired items of clients will still be honored for 1 year warranty from the date of the initial item's delivery.
  4.  The client must return the unit with its original packaging along with complete accessories to claim warranty.

Note: If the client received a unit with incomplete accessory upon delivery he/she must reach out to our customer service within 3 days for his/her claims to be valid.

 

  1. All warranty claims are subject to JBL Store's approval and authorization. Replication and verification of actual functional defects from authorized service center is needed prior to said approval.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  3. All sales are final.

First off, you would need the Proof of Purchase that shows the name of the client, order number, serial number of item, delivery address, payment amount, and payment method.

 

Requirements for JBL Warranty Claim

 

According to our policy, JBL Store will be responsible for paying the shipping cost on the first warranty claim of your item for the first 30 days after receiving the item. JBL Store will pick-up and deliver the item/s.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. If approved and eligible for a warranty claim of item/s, shipping of the exchange product/s will be shouldered by JBL Store. 

However, if the unit is more than 30 days after purchase, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item. To claim the warranty of your product, you can send your item/s or visit JBL Store Service Center at: 2nd floor Topy Building IV Calle Industria cor. Economia St. Bagumbayan, Libis Quezon City, 1110

Disclaimer: If the unit has been deemed as voided warranty, the client will shoulder the shipping and JBL Store might bill the client along with the quotation for parts and labor including shipping fees.

We are happy to replace/repair any defective item as long as it is covered by our warranty claim policies!
