Entry Period: June 17 - July 18, 2022
Eligibility: The raffle is open to all retail stores, Shopee store, and Lazada store customers of JBL Store PH, OnWard PH, and Audio Refinery who have purchased any item from the forementioned stores.
Submission Material: Customers that entitled to join the raffle have to purchase any JBL Consumer or JBL Professional item from any JBL Store PH, OnWard PH, or Audio Refinery (retail stores, Shopee store, or Lazada store), and sign up to the voting form (https://bit.ly/JBLDareToSing2022Vote)
NOTE: The voting form will serve as a valid raffle ticket entry.
Participants must input the following correctly:
- Email Address
- Official Receipt/Sales Invoice Number
- Full Name (name in their receipt/invoice)
- Purchase Price
- Official Receipt/Sales Invoice Date
- Mobile Number
- Uploaded Image of their Official Receipt/Sales Invoice
- Store Type (Retail Store, Shopee, or Lazada)

NOTE: Contestants will be from the JBL Dare To Sing Contest with DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-142682 Series of 2022.
Mechanics:
- Submission of raffle entries is from June 17 - July 18, 2022.
- Customers from JBL Store PH, OnWard PH, or Audio Refinery (retail stores, Shopee store, or Lazada store) are entitled to join the raffle once they have given the accurate details needed in the voting form.

- Once a customer purchases any JBL item/s from any of the mentioned stores, the customer’s raffle ticket entry will depend on their purchase bracket.
1 single receipt transaction amounting Php3,000 and below - one (1) vote
1 single receipt transaction amounting Php3,001 - Php5,000 - two (2) votes
1 single receipt transaction amounting Php5,001 and above - three (3) votes
NOTE: Raffle ticket entries, depending on its bracket, will be multiplied by POWER BI, a cloud-based service where users can view and interact with the reports. POWER BI system will be facilitated by the IT Team of Beyond Innovations only.
Purchases online (Shopee and Lazada) will be verified by the Online Team of Beyond Innovations while retail store purchases will be verified by the retail store employees. Both purchase avenues will be verified by the Accounting Team of Beyond Innovations.
- The voting form will be available at all stores. A QR code will be displayed for retail stores, and a direct link for Shopee and Lazada stores that will be given via inbox message once purchase has been completed.

Customers have to sign up to the online voting form (https://bit.ly/JBLDareToSing2022Vote). Customers have to input their correct details.
- Multiple entries can be made by a customer, given that they will provide different email addresses in those entries while retaining their full name and mobile number.
- The deadline of raffle entries is on July 18, 2022, 12:00NN and the raffle draw is on July 20, 2022, 5:00PM.
- All raffle entries received via the voting form will be handled by member/s of the Marketing Team, IT Team, and Audit Team of Beyond Innovations Inc. The drawing of the raffle winners will be handled by the Marketing Team and IT Team of Beyond Innovations., and must be in the presence of a DTI Representative.
- Whoever would win the JBL Dare to Sing singing contest will have no bearing on the chosen candidate of the raffle entries of the customers.
- A total of 23 raffle winners will be drawn and announced at the JBL Store PH Facebook livestream. Once a name has been drawn, they will not be counted in the succeeding drawing of name.
- All raffle winners will receive an SMS about the confirmation details of their prize and how to claim their prize. If the chosen raffle winner have not confirmed their prize within seven (7) days of receiving the text message, Beyond Innovations has the right to have a snap draw.
- All employees of Beyond Innovations Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this raffle.
Term and Conditions:
- By entering the voting raffle form, you are agreeing to these raffle draw terms and conditions.
- The raffle draw is being run by Beyond Innovations Inc.

In entering the raffle draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- To enter the raffle draw, please be guided by the mechanics above.
- Beyond Innovations Inc. will not accept responsibility if details provided by the customers are incomplete or inaccurate.
- Beyond Innovations Inc. has the right to forfeit raffle entries that have not complied with the parameters set, or are dishonest and/or inaccurate with the given details.
- Winners of the respective prizes will be drawn at random.
- The prizes are not convertible to cash, but are transferable.
- The prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Beyond Innovations with prior approval of DTI.
- Beyond Innovations Inc. does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Beyond Innovations Inc. does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Prizes validity: 6 months from the announcement of the raffle winners (July 20, 2022)
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Harman International.
Winner may claim his/her prize at Beyond Innovations Inc. Main Office, 2nd flr. Topy Bldg. IV Topy's Place.3 Economia St, cor Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
To claim the prize, winners must present 1 valid ID, and their Official Receipt/Sales Invoice for retail store purchases or a screenshot of their order in online store purchases.
If claiming through an authorized representative, present an authorization letter, a copy of the winner’s valid ID, and the representative’s ID.
Prizes should be claimed within seven (7) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Beyond Innovations Inc. with prior approval of DTI. Beyond Innovations has the right to have a snap draw.
Timeline:
- Facebook livestream of the raffle draw will be on July 20, 2022. (5:00 PM)
- All raffle winners will receive an SMS about the confirmation details of their prize and how to claim their prize.
- The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable. Winners must notify Beyond Innovations Inc. of any transfers at least 7 days prior to claiming their prizes.
