Durability unwise

sound is crisp, but durability seems compromised, can no longer charge the unit thou its just been a year since purchased

Creaking Noise of Plastc

It was the perfect midrange over-ear earphones that has audio passthrough (Talk Thru and Ambient Aware) for those who live in a quiet relaxing environment where active noise cancellation is unnecessary. The voice assistant by the touch of left ear cup was intuitive. I need not to talk about the sound quality - it is JBL. I enjoy my 2 JBL Clip 2 and looking forward to replace it with Charge 4 at the right price. But the loud creaking noise of plastic of Live 500 BT you can feel (like cat's claws to chalkboard) takes away the great deal completely. Is there a way to put on silicon, non-greasy, lubricant or silicon lining at the plastic joints in the design? Because of that creaky plastic, it was regretful that I have to return the product.
