WARRANTY POLICY

ONE year for all JBL products (unless stated otherwise)

To be able to claim your warranty, your item/s must be complete and in its original packaging. Learn more about our warranty process below.


WARRANTY QUALIFICATIONS

The following reasons are valid for warranty:

(1) If the item is damaged / defective/faulty after removing it from the packaging, and is within warranty.

(2) Delivered item does not match order/sales invoice.


INVALID WARRANTY REASONS

The following reasons are NOT valid for warranty:

(1) Change of Mind

(2) Out of Warranty

(3) Wear and Tear

(4) Free items and bundled items are not covered by warranty

(5) Damage or loss: caused by accident (including force majeure or 

natural forces)

(6) Misuse, abuse, neglect, and product modification

(7) Product’s serial number has been altered, defaced or removed

(8) Deterioration of component parts (Nature of which is to become worn or 

depleted with use, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads; any 

accessories of the product)

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +6328638-4299 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

This service is valid for a period of 7 days from the item is bought provided that the product is valid for warranty.

To ensure that your return will not be invalidated due to in-transit damage, kindly follow the packing guidelines below:
  • Wrap the item in bubble wrap
  • Place the item inside a box or a shipping pouch
  • Include all contents (user manual, packaging, accessories, etc.)
  • Include sales invoice
  • Ensure that your box/pouch is properly labeled with the following details: (a) order number, (b) your name, and (c) our return address.

      • You can order at our store 24/7. However, the processing of orders will take 3-5 business days.

      Do you deliver nationwide?

      Yes, we do deliver nationwide. However, there are a few areas that are out-of-the-delivery zones. In this case, our courier will charge an additional fee on top of your shipping fee depending on your area. For the list of the out-of-delivery zone, please contact us at ph.onward@gmail.com

      What are my payment options?

      We offer the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Dragonpay, GCash, PayPal, and Cash/Credit Card upon pick-up. We are unable to accept cash, checks, or credit cards issued by foreign banks. If you have questions about a method of payment not listed here, please contact us at ph.onward@gmail.com.

      How do I track my order?

      • For Lite Xpress:
        1. Get the tracking number we sent to your email/message
        2. Go to Lite Xpress website
        3. Click Track and Trace
        4. Input the tracking number we provided
        5. Click SEARCH
      • For LBC Express:
        1. Get the tracking number we sent to your email/message
        2. Go to LBC  website
        3. Input the tracking number we provided at the "Track an LBC padala" tab
        4. Click SEARCH

      Payment Methods

        • Dragonpay 

      **Please note that Dragonpay reference numbers are only valid for 2 days for offline payments and 60 mins for online payments. Orders not paid once the Dragonpay reference number expired will be forfeited.

      • Cash on Delivery (COD)

      How does Cash-on-Delivery work?

      You will have to pay your order when the item is already delivered to the location you provided.

      How do I choose Cash-on-delivery?

      Choose Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as payment option during checkout. Then click COMPLETE ORDER. After that, you will receive a confirmation email about your order and the total payment you will have to pay after your item is delivered.

      Is Cash-on-delivery safe?

      We always make sure that your security is prioritized. Your payment will be received by LBC Express. You will need to sign the form from LBC to acknowledge receipt of item and payment.

      Who is your courier for Cash-On-Delivery?

      For Standard Delivery, Cash-On-Delivery transactions nationwide will be fulfilled by Gogo Xpress or Lite Xpress.

      For Express Delivery, Cash-On-Delivery transactions nationwide will be received by our personnel.

        • Kindly prepare EXACT amount for your order. Our courier doesn’t carry loose cash.

      • Cash on Pick-up (COP) 

      How does Cash-on-Pick-up work?

      Instead of having your item delivered at home, office, or meet ups. Payment will be made upon pick up. With this, the buyer is assured that he'll get the products in mint condition.

      How do I choose Cash-on-Pick-up?

      Choose Cash-on-Pick-up (COP) as payment option during checkout. Then click COMPLETE ORDER. After that, you will receive a confirmation email about your order and the total payment you will have to pay after your item is delivered.

      Is Cash-on-Pick-up safe?

      We always make sure that your security is prioritized. You will need to sign the form from our head office to acknowledge receipt of the item and payment.

      How does GCash via PayMongo work?

      Transfer payment through GCash via PayMongo directly!

      How do I choose Cash-on-Pick-up?

      Choose GCash via PayMongo as payment option during checkout. Then click COMPLETE ORDER. After that, you will be directed to PayMongo portal, click AUTHORIZE PAYMENT. Lastly, you will be directed to the GCash portal and enter the necessary details to complete payment.

      How do I choose Cash-on-Pick-up?
