HARMAN PRODUCT WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

PHILIPPINES

Beyond Innovations Incorporated of 2nd floor Topy Building IV Calle Industria cor. Economia St., Bagumbayan, Libis Quezon City, 1110 Philippines (“Beyond Innovations Inc. (“Distributor”) is an authorized distributor of Harman International Industries Ltd products (“Products”) in the Philippines. This warranty against defects shall only apply to Products distributed by the Distributor and sold to you within Philippines after 12 April 2023. Please refer to Harman’s Limited Warranty enclosed here for further information on Product warranty.
 

Warranty against defects:

Harman Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Philippines Consumer law. During the warranty period you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. In some circumstances where the goods fail, you may be entitled to a replacement/refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss/damage. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and Harman’s Limited Warranty, the Distributor will repair or replace, for Products sold within its territory, without charge. Any manufacturing defects that appear in Harman Products within the warranty period identified in the product table below, commencing on the date of original purchase. You are entitled to have such defective Product repaired, replaced or have a refund in accordance with your rights under law. The benefits given to you by this Warranty area in addition to the other rights and remedies you may have under the applicable law and nothing in this Warranty purports to restrict, modify or exclude your legal rights as a consumer under the relevant Philippines law.

NOTE: To be able to claim your warranty

  1. Your item/s must be complete and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase (Printed screenshot of email received during transaction, packing slip with warranty stamp)
  3. Name of client, order no, serial number of SKU, address and payment method
  4. Copy of the Waybill showing date delivered to client's location.

 

WARRANTY QUALIFICATIONS

The following reasons are valid for warranty:

  1. If the item is damaged / defective / faulty after removing it from the packaging and is within warranty.
  2. Delivered item does not match order/sales invoice.

 

INVALID WARRANTY REASONS

The following reasons are NOT valid for warranty:

  1. Change of Mind
  2. Out of Warranty
  3. Wear and Tear
  4. Free items and bundled items are not covered by warranty
  5. Damage or loss: caused by accident (including force majeure or natural forces)
  6. Misuse, abuse, neglect, and product modification
  7. Product’s serial number has been altered, defaced or removed
  8. Deterioration of component parts (Nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads; any accessories of the product)

How to claim:

To make a claim under this warranty, you can contact Harman customer support team at +632 8638 4299 loc 193 in Philippines, or email cs@beyondinnov.com or the seller who sold you the Product. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective Product unless notified otherwise.


Warranty Returns and Refund

Within 30 Days

Clients may drop off their item/s at the JBL Store Service Center located at:

2nd Floor, Topy Building IV, Calle Industria cor. Economia St., Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City, 1110, Philippines.

If they prefer to ship the item to the service center, they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If the item is approved and deemed eligible for a warranty claim, the shipping cost for the replacement product will be shouldered by JBL Store.

Disclaimer: If unit has been deemed as voided warranty, the client will bear the shipping and JBL Store might bill the client along with the quotation for parts and labor including shipping fees.
